Life has a way of pulling us away from ourselves. Whether we're in survival mode, navigating relationship challenges, or finding ourselves caught in patterns we’ve developed over time, many of us eventually wonder, How did I get here? Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand ourselves more deeply, and create lasting change.
As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), I bring a relational lens to my work with individuals, couples, and families. My practice is rooted in the belief that no one can be understood in isolation; we are all shaped by our experiences, relationships, emotions, and the beliefs that influence who we become.
I work with clients who want to better understand the patterns they carry, the roles they’ve taken on, and the experiences that have influenced how they move through the world. I support those navigating anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the process of reconnecting to themselves.

For those who feel deeply, think deeply, struggle with boundaries, or find themselves people-pleasing, I understand how easy it can be to lose touch with what you need while adapting to the world around you. I've had my own experience of feeling disconnected and finding my way back, and it is a privilege to support others as they navigate their own path toward greater self-understanding and connection.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and empowering. I believe therapy should feel supportive while also creating space for meaningful change. I’ll meet you with compassion and gently challenge you when it serves your growth. My hope is that you leave each session with greater peace, insight, and practical tools to help you move toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.
Healing isn’t about becoming someone new; it’s about coming home to yourself.
If this resonates with you, I’d love to connect and see if we’re a good fit.
